Welcome to Our Community

This is the site for the Tonkawa Springs neighborhood homeowners' association in Round Rock, Texas. 

We are a small community of 141 single family homes nestled on the west side of I-35, off Sam Bass road near Walsh Middle School. Tonkawa Spring is a deed restricted community.

Children in our neighborhood are zoned for Old Town Elementary, Walsh Middle, and Round Rock High School.

Tonkawa Springs began as a neighborhood in the late 1970s and has a lovely spring-fed creek with ponds that are accessible from many properties. There are tennis and pickle ball courts and a common area with a pond that is accessible for fishing by property owners and their guests only.
